Felicidad goes on, I'm going for a walk.

From now on, Felicidad Collective will be primarily captained by Pilar Franco in Madrid and Tomás Correa and Mariana Nunes in Brazil. I remain as partner and board member, but I fell in love with the world of collaborations and I don't want to be full time in a company. I want to dedicate myself to collaborate with people I'd like to work with and find interesting. Let's see how it goes.

I think I have to contribute all the experience of more than 30 years working in advertising plus these 5 years of Felicidad where I dove headfirst into the impact world. I took some courses, created courses, helped create laws that changed countries, organized forums and festivals, met the best in the world on sustainability and learned how to speak that language.

The methodology we built.

01 · Think
Diagnosis + Strategy
We analyze the core of the business: mission, values, purpose. Product lifecycle. We build a roadmap towards regenerative models.
02 · Do
Implementation + Storyseeding
From strategy to operation. A network of more than 15,000 socio-environmental allied projects to find technical solutions.
03 · Share
Community + Communication
This is where 30 years of agency creativity comes in. Honest conversation, no greenwashing. 500+ awards back the craft.
04 · Scale
ESG Rating + Investment
Partnered with impact investment funds. From €250K to €100M to accelerate the transformation if targets are met.

Before Felicidad, things happened.

Thirty years in advertising: LOLA MullenLowe, Leo Burnett, Grey, Young & Rubicam, DDB. Several countries, 500+ awards, many Cannes Lions, many Gold Effies, many Grand Prix, plenty of ego that builds the craft. If that part interests you, there's another door that tells it.

Final Ego Links.
